CubX Inc. is seeking a dynamic HR & Recruitment Lead to spearhead our talent acquisition and HR initiatives with the sharp, personable, and strategic flair of a Wendy Rhoades from Billions. This role is central to building our exceptional workforce by leading recruitment efforts, particularly through Indeed, and overseeing core HR functions with a highly personalized approach. Responsibilities

  • Strategic Recruitment: Lead full-cycle recruitment on Indeed, from crafting compelling job postings to sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, ensuring alignment with CubX’s high standards and business objectives.
  • Candidate Engagement: Deliver an outstanding, personalized candidate experience, building rapport and maintaining clear communication to attract top talent and enhance CubX’s employer brand.
  • HR Leadership: Oversee essential HR operations, including onboarding, employee record management, benefits administration, and compliance with U.S. labor laws, ensuring seamless processes.
  • Culture Building: Drive employee engagement through team-building initiatives, feedback sessions, and proactive issue resolution, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
  • Policy and Strategy Development: Partner with leadership to design and implement HR policies and strategies that support diversity, inclusion, and long-term business growth.
  • Performance Support: Guide managers in setting performance objectives, conducting evaluations, and addressing challenges with empathy and actionable solutions.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure HR practices adhere to regulations such as EEOC, OSHA, and HIPAA, while preparing data-driven reports on recruitment metrics, retention, and HR performance.
  • Leadership Advisory: Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights on workforce planning, talent development, and retention to drive organizational success.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 5 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in recruitment and talent acquisition, including hands-on expertise with platforms like Indeed.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, with a proven ability to attract and secure top-tier candidates in competitive markets.
  • Interpersonal Excellence: Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with a warm, approachable demeanor and a talent for connecting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to align HR and recruitment strategies with business goals, showcasing creativity, problem-solving, and a results-driven approach.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday), Indeed Employer Dashboard, and Microsoft Office; experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of U.S. labor regulations, including EEOC, FLSA, and ADA, with experience ensuring HR compliance.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $120,000–$160,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
