We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role involves overseeing all on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality results. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in concrete and earthwork, proven leadership abilities, and a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and laborers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and manage project schedules and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other team members.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction.
- Extensive experience with concrete and earthwork.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
