What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the Charge: Manage and mentor a team of approximately five marketers, helping them develop and execute strategic sales initiatives.
  • Growing the Team: Recruit, onboard, and cultivate top-tier marketing talent to expand our reach and impact.
  • Hitting the Road: Travel extensively across New York to maintain and grow relationships with referral sources, partners, and potential clients.
  • Bringing Your Network: Leverage your existing book of business to open doors and accelerate company growth.
  • Driving Performance: Set ambitious sales goals, track progress, and implement strategies to continuously exceed targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and refine sales strategies to stay ahead in the competitive home care market.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in LHCSA sales with an established network of accounts, referral sources, and industry connections.
  • Someone who will manage the New York City area, with a strong focus on Brooklyn and Queens.
  • Strong leadership experience, including managing and growing a sales/marketing team.
  • A road warrior mentality—this role involves frequent travel throughout New York.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with referral partners and clients.
  • High-energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $180,000
