As a Sales Specialist at Duralux Canopies, you will be instrumental in driving our sales growth and expanding our market presence. You will manage inbound inquiries, cultivate new leads, and close deals with clients in various sectors, including commercial, residential, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and nurture leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to understand client needs and present customized canopy and shade solutions.
  • Employ effective sales techniques to engage prospects, build relationships, and guide them through the sales process.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including lead interactions, follow-up communications, and deal progress.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven success in inside sales or business development roles, with a focus on B2B sales.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Commission structure offering 3% on sales, with significant bonuses for top performers.
