Office Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through strategic outreach methods such as cold calling, networking, and lead generation. You will develop new business by engaging decision-makers in industries such as food service, retail, and food production.
  • Articulate the value of Agro Meats’ wide range of high-quality meat and poultry products. You will present tailored solutions to meet customer needs and convert prospects into loyal clients.
  • Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, follow-ups, and personalized attention. Your goal is to create lasting partnerships that drive repeat business.
  • Efficiently address and resolve any customer issues or complaints, working to find solutions that maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be an advocate for the customer while ensuring that the company's standards are upheld.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and customer service, to coordinate sales efforts and streamline processes for fulfilling client orders. You'll work together to meet the customer’s needs and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Provide regular updates to management on market trends, customer feedback, competitor activity, and opportunities for new product offerings. Your insights will help guide decision-making and shape future sales strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in cold calling and developing new business.
  • Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports and manage customer data.
  • Prior experience in the meat and poultry industry is advantageous but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
