We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to play a key role in managing our transportation operations. This position is responsible for handling post-sales execution, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, customers, and carriers, and resolving logistical challenges as they arise. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in 3PL logistics, a strong ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for shipment tracking, issue resolution, and carrier communication. Your ability to work under pressure, maintain strong relationships, and ensure compliance with regulations will be critical to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage all inbound client inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate shipments by working closely with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry for import/export documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Monitor and track shipments, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays, disruptions, or challenges.
- Ensure all shipment paperwork is accurate, complete, and aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, shippers, and third-party logistics providers to optimize shipping efficiency.
- Identify logistical inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Maintain well-organized filing systems and records to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in 3PL logistics or transportation (required).
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, freight forwarding, and transportation management.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both customers and vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in logistics software, TMS platforms, or freight management systems is an asset.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $55,000 - $65,000, based on experience.
