We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 120-unit, 14-building residential portfolio in Long Beach, CA. These properties are in close proximity, requiring an individual who can efficiently coordinate maintenance, tenant relations, leasing, and financial performance while ensuring seamless property operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, budgeting, and overall financial operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve tenant satisfaction, retention, and community engagement.
- Supervise and coordinate all property maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective work.
- Manage rental collections, enforce lease agreements, and oversee financial reporting to optimize property performance.
- Negotiate, secure, and oversee vendor contracts for services such as landscaping, security, and facility management.
- Partner with internal teams to develop and implement revenue-enhancing strategies through infrastructure agreements with telecom and utility providers.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations, maintaining proper documentation and reporting procedures.
- Lead tenant communications, resolving disputes, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive residential experience.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and recommend proactive improvements.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of property management experience, preferably overseeing multi-building, multi-unit residential properties.
