As our Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for cultivating leads, managing inbound inquiries, and effectively closing deals with prospective clients in the engineering and construction sectors. This role involves extensive travel across the East Coast, where you will attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships and promote our innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate leads from various sources, including inbound inquiries, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to engage prospects, build relationships, and guide them through the sales process.
- Travel extensively across the East Coast to attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events, representing our brand and expanding our market reach.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including lead interactions, follow-up communications, and deal progress.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Compensation:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000, based on experience and qualifications.
- Commission structure offering 3% on sales, with top performers earning significant bonuses.
