As we grow, we are seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of Operations to oversee our expansion and ensure that our operations remain streamlined, efficient, and aligned with our vision for growth. As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of home care operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and scalability. You will manage the company's operational functions, ensuring consistency and quality across new offices while meeting home care regulatory standards. This leadership position requires deep expertise in Home Care operations and the ability to collaborate with executives and department heads to deliver on growth objectives. Your expertise in scaling home care services, implementing new processes, and managing geographically dispersed teams will be essential to achieving our long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive the company’s growth strategy by expanding home care services and optimizing operations in existing locations.
  • Manage day-to-day home care operations to ensure optimal service delivery, operational efficiency, and strict regulatory compliance.
  • Implement and optimize new systems and processes to improve efficiency, caregiver retention, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal home care regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Foster a culture of high performance and employee engagement, ensuring the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to refine strategies and ensure alignment with long-term business objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, ensuring operational profitability and sustainability.
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, healthcare partners, and industry leaders.
  • Oversee the development and execution of operational policies tailored to home care best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Home Care operations leadership, with at least 7-10 years in a Director or executive-level role.
  • Strong understanding of home care regulations, licensing, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling operations, particularly in launching and managing new home care locations.
  • Experience implementing new systems and processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop large, multi-location teams.
  • Experience in financial management, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Preferred location in the Tri-State area (New York, Florida, Pennsylvania, or Georgia), with a willingness to travel.

Compensation:

  • $200,000 - $300,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus structure.
