As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of home care operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and seamless coordination across departments. You will oversee daily operations, maintain regulatory standards, and ensure high-quality service delivery. This leadership position requires expertise in home care operations and the ability to manage multiple departments effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily home care operations to ensure optimal service delivery, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage and coordinate all departments within the home care office, ensuring smooth workflows and collaboration.
- Implement and optimize systems and processes to improve efficiency, caregiver retention, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal home care regulations and licensing requirements.
- Foster a culture of high performance and employee engagement, ensuring the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to refine operational strategies and maintain alignment with company goals.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, ensuring operational sustainability.
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, healthcare partners, and industry leaders.
- Oversee the development and execution of operational policies tailored to home care best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience working in a home care office environment, managing multiple departments and overseeing general operations.
- Strong understanding of home care regulations, licensing, and compliance.
- Experience implementing systems and processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
- Experience in financial management, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Preferred location in the Tri-State area (New York, Florida, Pennsylvania, or Georgia), with a willingness to travel.
Compensation:
- $125,000 - $175,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus structure.
