We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager/Director to lead and scale our talent acquisition efforts. This role is pivotal in driving growth by building a robust recruitment process to attract and hire top talent in a high-volume, service-driven environment. The ideal candidate will focus on process optimization, continuous improvement, and scalability, leveraging technology and data to enhance workflows and improve the candidate experience. The Recruiting Manager/Director will also work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with broader business goals. This is not just a recruiting position, but a business role focused on talent acquisition strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity for a business-minded recruiting leader with a strategic mindset, strong operational skills, and a passion for enabling rapid organizational growth, especially within the healthcare industry. The right candidate will serve as our “extended brain” in Talent Acquisition—thinking strategically and acting with ownership to make sure the entire process is aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and develop a team of about 5 or 6 recruiters, with the team expected to grow significantly. Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Oversee a large-scale hiring process, ensuring recruitment efforts align with the organization’s growth objectives. Focus on ensuring scalability and adaptability to meet fluctuating hiring demands, with a mandate to hire 200 line workers, specifically RBTs in ABA, every month. The role is tightly connected to operations, providing the essential hires to meet client needs in the right geographic locations and within specific timeframes. Missing these hiring goals directly impacts revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and optimize job postings on Indeed and other job boards, with an emphasis on Indeed expertise. This role requires someone who understands the platform inside and out, particularly the hiring process. They’ll analyze performance metrics and maximize recruitment advertising budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and high ROI.
  • Implement technology solutions, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data-driven recruitment platforms, to streamline workflows, improve the candidate experience, and ensure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. The candidate must use data insights to see the big picture while ensuring real-time operational alignment.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, conversion rates, and efficiency across regions. Ensure data informs decisions and drives continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments (e.g., operations, marketing) to align recruitment efforts with broader business objectives and ensure smooth integration with related functions. As Talent Acquisition provides the "raw material" for client service, this role is essential in keeping operations on track.
  • Regularly review and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and optimize workflows. Build a scalable recruitment system that can grow with the company.
  • Take ownership of the recruitment process and strategy, thinking in terms of processes, data, and scalability. This role requires a candidate who can drive recruitment as a business function, ensuring the company’s talent acquisition aligns with long-term growth.
  • This role will be fully focused on managing the team responsible for recruitment and will not involve direct hiring. They will be in charge of hiring, firing, managing, and driving the team to ensure monthly hiring targets are met.
  • Partner with leadership to plan for future talent needs and develop recruiting strategies that align with business expansion.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on healthcare recruitment and high-volume recruitment in service-oriented industries. Proven success in scaling recruitment operations in fast-growing environments.
  • A deep understanding of how recruitment directly impacts business operations. You must be data-driven, able to see the big picture, and operate autonomously in decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor recruitment teams, fostering a culture of performance improvement and accountability. Experience managing recruitment teams and pushing them to meet aggressive hiring goals.
  • Deep understanding of Indeed, including how the platform works and how to leverage it for high-volume recruitment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Expertise in utilizing ATS and data analytics to drive recruitment decisions. Familiarity with leading recruiting platforms to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proven track record of optimizing recruitment workflows for efficiency and scalability.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs, with a focus on continuous optimization to improve performance and meet business needs.
  • Experience managing and optimizing recruiting advertising budgets for cost-effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Experience recruiting for on-site, in-home, or mobile care personnel is a plus, but not required.
