They are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is pivotal in managing their financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) tasks, invoicing, and vendor payments. A strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices for services rendered, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Manage accounts payable functions, including processing vendor payments and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Oversee accounts receivable, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding invoices.
• Collaborate closely with the CFO to provide financial reports and insights.
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation to support audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Contribute to the development of improved accounting practices and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a requirement.
