As an Onboarding Analyst/Account Executive, you will step in after deals are closed, acting as the intermediary between clients and developers. This role blends technical expertise, coding knowledge, and a charismatic personality to ensure clients are successfully onboarded, supported, and equipped to thrive with Dragin.io’s tools. Your ability to connect with people while managing technical processes is key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding and Integration: Take over client relationships after deals are secured, managing onboarding processes from platform setup to API and Salesforce integrations.
  • Liaison Between Teams: Serve as the bridge between clients and developers, ensuring technical solutions are implemented efficiently and meet client expectations.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage your coding skills, particularly in Python, and database knowledge to facilitate seamless data migrations and integrations.
  • Customer Success Management: Build trust and confidence with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they fully understand how to maximize the platform's value.
  • Salesforce Support: Customize Salesforce solutions to fit client requirements, ensuring systems are aligned with their operational goals.
  • Charismatic Client Relations: Use your personality and interpersonal skills to establish strong, lasting relationships, creating a positive client experience throughout onboarding.
  • Collaboration with Developers: Translate client needs into actionable items for the development team, providing ongoing updates and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Upselling and Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance the client’s experience by introducing additional Dragin.io services or customizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as onboarding, account management, or technical implementation.
  • Experience with Salesforce and CRM systems is essential.
  • Proficiency in Python and database management is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a charismatic personality.
  • Proven ability to balance technical problem-solving with excellent customer relationship management.
  • A heavy personality and a strong presence to build confidence and trust with diverse clients.
