The Logins Processor is an entry-level, in-office position responsible for managing the login process to confirm financials, facilitating funding calls, and assisting with the review of contracts. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of deals through the funding process by collaborating with various internal teams, including underwriting, sales, and accounting. This position offers room for growth, with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Confirm financials through login processing and data verification: You will be responsible for managing logins to verify the financial information of clients, ensuring all relevant data is accurate before progressing to the next stage of the funding process.
  • Conduct funding calls to ensure timely and accurate information is provided: You'll initiate and manage funding calls, confirming the details and assisting clients by clarifying any necessary information regarding their funding options.
  • Review contracts for accuracy and compliance: You will examine contracts closely, checking for correct information, completeness, and compliance with internal guidelines to ensure all paperwork is in order before proceeding.
  • Add deals to the funding sheet and assist with the organization of all documentation: After reviewing the deals, you'll input the necessary details into the funding sheet and ensure all associated documentation is well-organized for further processing.
  • Perform prescrubbing of deals and facilitate the flow of information to relevant teams: You'll conduct initial screenings to ensure all necessary information is present before passing deals along to underwriting, sales, or accounting, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of information.
  • Coordinate and screen share with clients as necessary to ensure clarity and effective communication: You will facilitate remote meetings via screen share to clarify deal details, answer client questions, and ensure transparency in the process.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting team, sales representatives, and accounting team to process deals efficiently: Your role will involve maintaining effective communication with internal teams to process deals in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all departments are aligned.
  • Ensure that all data is entered accurately and that proper documentation is maintained throughout the process: It will be crucial to keep meticulous records and ensure all information is accurately documented for auditing, tracking, and operational purposes.

Qualifications

  • Strong phone conversational skills with clear communication: You should have a professional phone demeanor, capable of handling client inquiries, explaining complex information clearly, and maintaining a friendly tone throughout conversations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail: Strong organizational abilities are essential for managing multiple deals, ensuring that documents are processed correctly, and staying on top of deadlines without missing crucial details.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively: The role requires the ability to juggle different responsibilities simultaneously, such as client communication, data entry, and team collaboration, all while maintaining an efficient workflow.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary of $52,000 - $55,000, depending on experience.
