- Utilize a well-established network to poach business from competitors, expanding our client base.
- Collaborate directly with hospital staff and other referral sources to build rapport and convert opportunities into active Medicare cases.
- Follow up consistently with leads to ensure a high conversion rate from initial contact to case submission.
- Track and report on leads, cases, and progress, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Stay updated on industry trends, specifically Medicare reimbursement rates and regulatory changes impacting CHHAs.

- Experience in poaching business from competitors is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of Medicare, with the ability to differentiate between straight Medicare and managed care plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
- Base salary of $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and performance.
- Additional commission structure based on new business generated, with significant earning potential.
- Performance bonuses for achieving or exceeding targets.
