We are seeking a motivated Adult Daycare Marketer fluent in Russian, with a proven ability to generate Medicaid-approved admissions. Focused on the Brooklyn and Queens areas, this role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong network and a solid understanding of the Medicaid process. Responsibilities:

  • Secure new Medicaid-approved clients through targeted marketing strategies, referrals, and outreach in Brooklyn and Queens.
  • Conduct facility tours, providing detailed information about services, benefits, and the care provided at the adult daycare.
  • Oversee and manage the medical evaluation process to ensure eligibility for Medicaid and complete all required documentation for admission.
  • Submit authorization forms for Medicaid approval, ensuring compliance with all regulations and procedures.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and other community organizations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness and drive admissions, aiming to meet monthly targets.
  • Provide ongoing client support throughout the admissions process to ensure a smooth transition into the program.
  • Track and report all admissions and referrals, updating management on progress and outcomes.
  • Continuously work to expand the client base through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.

Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in Russian (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in adult daycare marketing, particularly with Medicaid-approved admissions.
  • Strong knowledge of the Medicaid process, including medical evaluations, authorization submissions, and eligibility requirements.
  • Ability to achieve monthly admissions goals and handle a high volume of leads effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with potential clients, families, and referral sources.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet performance goals.
  • A track record of success in client admissions and a results-driven attitude.

Compensation:

  • Base salary of $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on the book of business.
