We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Wholesale Sales Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth flow of operations, focusing on shipping, order fulfillment, and office support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping and logistics, with a keen eye for detail to ensure processes are followed and deadlines are met. This position will involve supporting the sales team by ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and all shipping requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of order fulfillment and shipping processes.
  • Ensure that all outgoing shipments are correctly processed, packed, and dispatched according to client specifications.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to confirm order accuracy and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of shipments, including tracking numbers and delivery confirmations.
  • Assist in the creation and management of order forms, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Follow up with clients and vendors to confirm receipt of products and address any shipping discrepancies.
  • Ensure all shipping and fulfillment processes are in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Help maintain smooth communication between internal departments, clients, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in shipping and logistics, with a strong background in order fulfillment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of shipping and administration.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

Compensation:
