The Chief Technical Officer (CTO) is responsible for leading the company’s overall technology vision, architecture, and innovation strategy. This role ensures that all tech systems, platforms, and development efforts align with business goals and scalability. The CTO drives the evolution of proprietary technologies and manages internal and external development teams. This is a key leadership position with a focus on both short-term operational goals and long-term strategic growth in PropTech.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company’s long-term technology roadmap, ensuring it aligns with overall business objectives.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of proprietary software and platforms, ensuring they are optimized for scalability, security, and performance.
• Manage engineering teams, maintaining high standards for code quality, scalability, and security.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies that enhance business operations and improve tenant experiences.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology strategies with broader company goals and market opportunities.
• Lead the development of advanced AI-driven property management systems and IoT integrations.
• Oversee the implementation of cutting-edge video recording and monitoring technologies through smart glasses and other advanced hardware solutions to enhance property security and management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security best practices, including efficient and secure data storage solutions.
• Drive the adoption of automation, AI analytics, and real-time data tracking to optimize property management operations.
• Monitor emerging trends in PropTech, AI, and smart video recording systems to maintain the company’s competitive edge.
• Develop strategies to leverage technology for increased revenue, tenant retention, and overall operational scalability.

• Experience scaling a technology-driven company, ideally with a successful exit in your track record.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with a balance of technical expertise and business acumen.
