The Social Media Brand Engagement Manager will be responsible for driving exceptional audience engagement and growth across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a social media strategist with a proven record of success, ideally having worked with brands like Aldo, Liquid Death, Crocs, Nespresso, SSense, Squatch, Hey Dude, Ring, IKEA, or similar, achieving high engagement metrics and managing or growing a following of 500,000 or more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aimed at increasing engagement, driving brand awareness, and cultivating a loyal community.
  • Manage day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and posting across all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and identity.
  • Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate engagement success, reporting regularly on progress and refining strategies as needed.
  • Leverage social media trends, tools, and analytics to create viral campaigns and grow the follower base organically and sustainably.
  • Identify and engage with key influencers, brand advocates, and partners to amplify brand presence and drive new collaborations.
  • Create and execute strategic initiatives based on flowcharts showcasing competitor activity and industry interests.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure integrated campaigns and messaging consistency.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving exceptional brand engagement metrics and working with a social media following of at least 500,000.
  • Experience working with or growing engagement for prominent lifestyle or consumer brands.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
  • Ability to translate data and analytics into actionable social strategies.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, trends, and understanding audience behavior.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience at companies like Aldo, Liquid Death, Crocs, Nespresso, SSense, Squatch, Hey Dude, Ring, IKEA, or similar highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to create and execute performance-driven campaigns, with metrics showcasing impact on engagement and brand awareness.

Compensation
This role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience and company background.
