We represent a dynamic, innovative company dedicated to revolutionizing wound care through high-quality, sterile amniotic skin graft products. Derived from amniotic membranes and processed to retain essential growth factors, cytokines, and proteins, our grafts promote rapid tissue regeneration, reduce inflammation, and protect against infection. Trusted by healthcare providers nationwide, we currently service three major wound care companies and are poised for significant expansion. Led by a single owner based in Montreal, we operate with a lean, efficient model, supported by robust supplier agreements that handle all operational logistics. Our mission is to deliver cutting-edge, customized graft solutions and chronic wound care support, improving patient outcomes across the United States while exceeding industry standards for safety and effectiveness.

We are seeking an experienced Skin Graft Sales Representative to drive growth by expanding our reach to wound care companies, physicians, and doctors’ offices throughout the USA. This is a remote, on-the-road position with a preference for candidates. Reporting directly to the owner, the successful candidate will focus on opening doors with new clients, leveraging their expertise in wound care sales and selling to medical practices. With operations fully managed by our supplier network, this role is purely sales-driven—perfect for a self-motivated closer who thrives on building relationships and hitting quotas in a high-opportunity market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with wound care companies, independent physicians, and doctors’ offices across the USA, with a focus on underserved regions like the Midwest, West Coast, and South.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including wound care specialists, practice managers, and procurement teams, to promote our amniotic skin graft products.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations (virtual or in-person) to showcase the clinical and operational benefits of our grafts for acute and chronic wound care.
  • Meet or exceed a minimum sales quota, established by the owner, to drive revenue growth and expand our client base beyond our current partnerships with three large wound care companies.
  • Collaborate with the owner to refine sales strategies and prioritize high-potential territories, providing feedback on market trends and client needs.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, follow-ups, and deal closures using CRM tools or preferred methods, ensuring consistent progress toward targets.
  • Travel as needed to attend industry events, client meetings, or training sessions to build brand awareness and secure new accounts (travel expenses to be negotiated separately).
  • Stay informed about competitors, wound care advancements, and healthcare regulations to position our products as the preferred solution in the market.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in wound care sales, with a strong track record of successfully selling medical products or services directly to wound care companies, physicians, or doctors’ offices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close deals with healthcare professionals, particularly in private practices or small-to-mid-sized medical offices.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in the medical or biotech field, ideally with knowledge of skin grafts, biologics, or regenerative medicine.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based role.
  • Preference for candidates located in the Midwest, West Coast, or South (e.g., states like Texas, California, Missouri, or Colorado); Eastern US candidates considered only if willing to focus outside the saturated Southeast.
  • Comfortable with a 1099 contractor status (not W2), with no traditional benefits, and able to manage personal tax and insurance obligations.
  • Willingness to travel USA-wide as needed, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus, though not required—adaptability and results matter most.

Compensation

  • Base salary of $125,000 - $150,000 annually, paid as a 1099 contractor.
  • Commission structure: A minimum sales quota will be set; after achieving the quota, additional sales earn a straight commission (rate to be determined based on product margins and deal size, negotiated at hiring).
