We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the operational execution of our multi-division organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO will be a pivotal leader, transforming strategic vision into seamless, scalable operations across departments including Medicaid eligibility, case management, and client services. Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into actionable, measurable plans that drive organizational success.
- Strategic Execution: Serve as the primary driver of execution, aligning resources, processes, and teams to turn the CEO’s vision into reality while maintaining operational efficiency and quality?.

- Scalable Systems Development: Design and implement scalable workflows, resource planning, and process improvements to support business growth, enhance client service delivery, and maintain compliance with state-specific Medicaid regulations.
- Cultural Leadership: Act as a cultural connector, balancing business performance with employee engagement, fostering a collaborative environment that empowers teams and promotes ownership and accountability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust and confidence with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare facility partners, clients, and government agencies, through clear communication and diplomatic problem-solving.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of operational leadership experience in a multi-team or multi-entity environment, with a proven track record of scaling operations and leading large, diverse teams. Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation
The compensation package for the Chief Operating Officer role includes a competitive base salary ranging from $300,000 to $450,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, the role offers significant upside potential through performance-based incentives tied to organizational growth and operational achievements.
