Key Responsibilities:

  3. Solution Selling: Employ a consultative selling approach to effectively communicate the value proposition of our packaging products and services. Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that address client challenges and deliver maximum value.
  4. Business Development: Drive revenue growth by aggressively pursuing new business opportunities and expanding our customer base. Identify key decision-makers, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably within the industrial packaging or related industry.

Compensation:

  • Base salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 annually.
  • Uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential.
  • Approximate year 1 total compensation including commission is expected to range from $80,000 to $100,000.
