Tactical Logistic Solutions is a leading provider of comprehensive logistics services, specializing in freight transportation, warehousing, and distribution. We deliver tailored solutions to optimize supply chains across various industries, including Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) services. With expansive operations on both the West and East Coasts, we are seeking a dynamic Freight Forwarding Sales professional to drive growth in our freight forwarding sector.

Role Overview:

As a Freight Forwarding Sales Specialist, you will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, focusing specifically on selling freight forwarding and 3PL warehouse services. Your industry knowledge will empower you to provide end-to-end logistics solutions. This role demands a proactive and ambitious individual eager to build relationships and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to expand our freight forwarding and 3PL services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities specifically in freight forwarding and logistics solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics solutions.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote our services.
  • Engage with cold leads and follow a structured methodology to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of direct sales experience in the logistics industry, specifically selling freight forwarding and/or 3PL warehouse services.
  • Proven sales track record, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of the logistics and freight forwarding sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote setting, with occasional in-office meetings.

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $75,000 - $80,000
  • Uncapped commission structure
