As a 3PL Sales Professional, you will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a primary focus on air freight services and a secondary emphasis on 3PL warehousing. This role empowers you to offer end-to-end logistics solutions, building long-term client relationships and driving profitability over time. Your expertise in air freight logistics and proactive sales approach will be essential to expanding our presence in the fast-paced logistics landscape.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement focused sales strategies to drive our air freight business, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients in need of rapid, reliable air transportation solutions.
- Lead sales efforts for both air freight and 3PL warehousing, tailoring solutions that meet client needs in freight forwarding and distribution.
- Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, and contract negotiation, with an emphasis on expanding our air freight client base.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities specifically in air freight forwarding and related warehousing services, establishing Tactical Logistic Solutions as a go-to provider in the market.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring an exceptional client experience from first contact through ongoing support.
- Collaborate with logistics, operations, and warehousing teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of logistics solutions.
- Represent Tactical Logistic Solutions at industry events and trade shows to network, stay on top of air freight and logistics trends, and promote our services.
- Engage effectively with both cold and warm leads to meet sales targets, using a structured sales approach to maximize new business and strengthen our market footprint.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of direct sales experience in logistics, with proven expertise in selling air freight and 3PL warehousing services.
- A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in air freight and logistics.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and especially air freight operations, with a keen ability to identify client needs and match them with Tactical Logistic Solutions’ offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ambition and drive, with a proactive approach to expanding your skill set and advancing within Tactical Logistic Solutions.
- Ability to work independently within a flexible, hybrid work environment, with occasional in-office meetings as required.
Compensation and Benefits:
