A leader in regenerative wound care and telehealth solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to oversee financial operations. This organization provides cutting-edge treatments and testing services focused on improving patient outcomes. Utilizing advanced techniques such as placental amniotic tissue and low-frequency ultrasound debridement, the company delivers innovative care through in-clinic, at-home, and office-based testing.
This full-time, in-office role is pivotal in maintaining financial integrity, managing multiple entities, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The Controller will collaborate closely with the CFO to develop strategies, implement policies, and streamline accounting operations. A deep understanding of healthcare finance and multi-entity accounting is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting
functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll,
and general ledger management.
- Ensure timely and accurate
financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial statements.
- Manage financial operations
across multiple entities, consolidating financial data for executive
review.
- Develop and maintain
internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory
compliance.
- Work closely with the CFO to
develop financial strategies, budgets, and forecasting models.
- Implement process
improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial
reporting.
- Coordinate audits and tax
filings, liaising with external auditors and tax professionals.
- Monitor cash flow, manage
banking relationships, and optimize financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with
federal and state healthcare regulations, including reimbursement
policies and financial reporting standards.
- Support the CFO in financial
decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop and enforce
accounting policies and procedures to improve operational
efficiency.
- Analyze financial
performance trends and provide insights to drive cost optimization
and profitability.
- Oversee financial risk
management, including contract review and financial due diligence.
- Assist in mergers,
acquisitions, and financial integrations related to company
expansion.
- Work with department heads
to create and monitor department-specific budgets and cost control
measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in
accounting or finance, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong experience managing
financials for multiple entities under a single corporate structure.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP,
financial reporting, and healthcare compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting
software and financial management tools.
- Exceptional analytical

Compensation:
- Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 dependent on
experience and qualifications.
