We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outbound Sales Associate to join our in-office sales team. This role is ideal for a cold outreach specialist with a passion for sales, who will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients within the food and beverage industry. You will play a key role in growing our business by generating new leads, booking qualified meetings, and closing sales to expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to generate leads in the food and beverage sector.
  • Research and identify potential clients who could benefit from our packaging solutions.
  • Educate prospective clients on our packaging products and their benefits.
  • Book and schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to nurture prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas through strategic outreach and relationship building.
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of outbound sales or cold calling experience, preferably in B2B sales.
  • Experience selling to the food and beverage industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a high level of persistence.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a proactive approach to sales.

Compensation:

  • Base salary of $60,000 per year.
  • Commission structure: Earn $200 for every qualified meeting booked.
