Magnet ABA is a rapidly growing provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental disabilities reach their full potential. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team and lead our therapeutic services with expertise and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
  • Deliver direct ABA therapy and monitor client progress.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and effective treatment.
  • Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on ABA strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience)
