We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Clinical Operations to lead and oversee a team of Nurse Practitioners. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The VP of Clinical Operations will be responsible for managing and mentoring a rapidly growing team, optimizing workflows, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. This is a highly visible and hands-on leadership role that requires extensive travel—visiting a new state every week—to support, train, and supervise clinical teams on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the performance, development, and scheduling of Nurse Practitioners across multiple states.
- Implement and maintain best practices in wound care, ensuring adherence to the latest clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to clinical teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to assess clinical performance, provide training, and enhance patient care standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for expanding clinical services.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations, credentialing, and licensing requirements.
- Work closely with the operations and administrative teams to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and enhance service delivery.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to evaluate clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency, implementing necessary improvements.

Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with multi-state licensing preferred.
- Extensive experience in wound care, with a deep understanding of advanced wound treatment modalities and protocols.
- Proven leadership experience in a multi-state clinical operations role, preferably in a healthcare or wound care organization.
- Strong ability to manage and mentor large clinical teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively—expect to be in a different state every week.

Compensation:
- Competitive base salary of $220,000 per year.
