We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital security solutions and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our multi-level failsafe security system, which guarantees 24/7 crime prevention and protection.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with potential clients.
- Listen to and understand the security needs of clients, providing tailored solutions to ensure their peace of mind.
- Effectively demonstrate our security solutions, including live camera feeds, trained guards with AI monitoring, and real-time collaboration with law enforcement.
- Offer bespoke security packages to meet the unique needs of each client, emphasizing affordability and effectiveness.
- Provide continuous support to clients, ensuring seamless set-up, ongoing incident reporting, and real-time video playback for incident reviews.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in sales, preferably within the security or technology sector.
- Familiarity with digital security systems, CCTV technology, AI-driven monitoring, and incident response protocols is highly desirable.
- Familiarity or direct experience with best-in-class security providers such as Pro-Vigil, Stealth Monitoring, Deep Sentinel, or similar companies is a major plus.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand technical aspects of security solutions, including software and hardware components.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex security solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Relevant certifications in digital security, sales, or related fields are a plus (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional - CISSP).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation:
- Base salary is $100,000 annually.
- Uncapped performance-based commission structure with significant earning potential, can exceed $150,000-$175,000 OTE for the right candidate.
