Job Summary
We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Wholesale Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This in-office role is crucial to maintaining the integrity of our data systems, ensuring seamless order processing, and supporting our wholesale operations. You’ll work closely with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Data Management:
    • Accurately input, update, and maintain product data, pricing, and inventory information in internal systems.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Order Processing:
    • Handle wholesale orders from start to finish, ensuring all details are correct and timelines are met.
    • Coordinate with the sales team and logistics staff to address discrepancies or delays.
  • Inventory Oversight:
    • Monitor inventory levels and flag potential shortages or overstock situations.
    • Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on client trends and historical data.
  • Client Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for wholesale clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Provide tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Generate and analyze reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and client trends.
    • Present actionable insights to management to improve operational strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably in wholesale, retail, or e-commerce operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in pivot tables, v-lookups, and other advanced functions.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management software is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage high-volume data with precision.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and external client interactions.
  • Must be able to work in-office daily at 4 World Trade Center, Manhattan.

Compensation
Annual salary of $60,000 - $65,000, with opportunities for professional growth and a vibrant, team-oriented workplace.
