Key Responsibilities:

  • Personally secure the first 50 clients, setting a strong foundation for revenue generation and establishing the standard for the future sales team.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of excellence in every part of the business.
  • Utilize technology to enhance processes and improve client interactions; familiarity with Asana.com and other project management tools is a plus.
  • Oversee and execute projects in alignment with Firework’s objectives, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Identify and seize opportunities for business development, including strategic partnerships and market expansion.
