We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our premium appliances to operators engaged in building new family constructions. The Account Manager will be given a designated territory but must proactively identify and acquire new clients through effective outreach and relationship-building efforts.
This position is entirely remote. Candidates need to reside in Connecticut.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients within the designated territory.
- Identify and target operators involved in constructing new family residences, including large buildings, condos, and similar projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the industry.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions by showcasing the benefits of our appliances.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the appliances or construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with the construction and real estate industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
Compensation:
- Base salary of $75,000 per year, plus commission.
- Commission structure to be discussed during the interview process.
