Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage potential clients through direct sales efforts, including in-person meetings, presentations, and networking.
  • Sell health, life, and other insurance products tailored to client needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, educating them on insurance options, coverage details, and benefits.
  • Maintain a proactive sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships for future growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to effectively sell relevant solutions.
  • Assist clients with benefit-related questions as needed, ensuring smooth enrollment and ongoing support.

Qualifications:

  • Strong B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-the-road sales environment.
  • Experience in the employee benefits industry is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.

Compensation:

  • Base salary of $60,000 - $75,000, with a highly competitive commission structure.
