As a Sales Recruiter, you will spearhead the recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging top sales talent to managing client relationships and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a relentless drive to identify and attract the best candidates in the sales industry. You’ll collaborate with clients and candidates to deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes and contribute to our firm’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top sales talent through job boards, social media, professional networks, and proactive outreach.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client needs and job requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and facilitating offer negotiations.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay informed on sales industry trends and market insights to provide strategic recruitment advice to clients.
- Contribute to process improvements by optimizing recruitment workflows and enhancing candidate and client experiences.
- Handle sensitive candidate and client information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales (experience in sales recruitment is a strong plus).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM software, or recruitment tools is a plus.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
- Knowledge of sales roles, industry trends, and hiring best practices is highly desirable.
- A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A drive to deliver outstanding recruitment experiences and build long-term relationships.
Compensation & Work Schedule:
- Salary: $2,000 to $2,500 USD per month.
- Location: Panama (in-office position).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
