We are seeking an energetic and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our home care services. This role is vital in driving growth, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) and Personal Support Services (PSS) Waiver programs. The ideal candidate is a people person with strong leadership skills, capable of managing 25-30 in-house employees while maintaining a high standard of service. This is an in-office role, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, reporting directly to the State Director.
Responsibilities
- Manage all SFC and PSS Waiver leads and referrals, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Meet or exceed established growth goals to support company expansion.
- Oversee a team of 25-30 in-house employees, fostering a productive and motivated work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid waiver services regulations and operational best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with referral sources, clients, and caregivers to drive business development.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement necessary adjustments to meet operational objectives.
- Provide hands-on leadership, guiding and supporting staff in achieving company goals.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in an Operations Manager or Branch Manager role within the PSS/SFC home care sector.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling home health care operations.
- Experience working with Medicaid waiver services is a must.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Hands-on approach with an energetic and youthful attitude.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing industry regulations.
Compensation
- Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience.
