Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate New Cases: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and services are initiated promptly.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for families, addressing questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism to enhance their experience.
  • Billing Oversight: Handle billing inquiries and assist families in understanding their financial responsibilities, ensuring a smooth billing process and timely payments.
  • Operational Collaboration: Work closely with therapists and administrative staff to streamline office workflows, improving overall efficiency and service delivery.
  • Professional Correspondence: Draft, send, and manage professional emails to clients, ensuring clarity and compassion in all communications.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all client cases, including progress notes and billing information, while ensuring compliance with confidentiality protocols.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, filing, and various administrative tasks to support the business office, contributing to an organized and efficient work environment.
  • Policy Development: Collaborate in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business office or administrative role, ideally within a healthcare or therapy setting.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on building rapport with clients and families.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools, with a willingness to learn new systems.

Compensation:

  • Salary of $70,000 based on experience and candidacy.
