We are looking for an immigration lawyer who is a proven rainmaker, with a book of business generating $500K–$2M in annual billings. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional immigration legal services to clients, using our advanced technology to streamline case management and communication. In return, you’ll earn 50% of the revenue you generate, allowing you to take home substantial earnings based on your performance. This is significantly higher than what other firms typically offer (23 cents on the dollar).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of business immigration matters, including visa applications, compliance, and corporate immigration solutions.
  • Use firm technology to streamline client interactions and case management, improving efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert legal advice and solutions.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals in the firm to share best practices and ensure client success.
  • Provide mentorship to junior staff and help them grow their skills and careers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on business immigration.
  • Proven track record of generating $500K–$2M in billings annually, with an established book of business.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and provide excellent client service remotely.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-centric approach to legal practice.
