As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Property Accountant to join our dynamic team.
We are looking for an experienced Property Accountant to manage full-cycle real estate accounting. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in QuickBooks and/or Sage, has at least one year of experience in real estate accounting and administration, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle real estate accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports.
- Oversee property-related financial activities, including rent collections, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Collaborate with property managers and other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Provide detailed financial reports and analysis to senior management.
- Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks and/or Sage.
- Administer construction contracts, manage contractor and subcontractor compliance, and report project progress to ownership.
- Assist with underwriting new properties and refinancing existing mortgages.
- Prepare financial models as requested by the Managing Partner.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing wires, pending approval from the Managing Partner.
- Report directly to the Managing Partner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-cycle real estate accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or Sage.
- Strong ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Bilingual (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).

Compensation:
- Competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience.
