We seek passionate BCBAs to join our rapidly growing North Carolina team and make a difference! Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing direct ABA therapy to clients in home and community-based settings
  • Training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/ Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT)/ BCAT/ Behavior Technicians to ensure implementation of treatment plans
  • Collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care
  • Maintaining accurate data collection and analysis to track client progress and inform treatment decisions
  • Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Technician (BCBA) certification required
  • LBA certification
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Compensation

  • Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Quarterly bonus structure and referral bonus opportunities
