We are rapidly expanding and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our North Carolina team. Whether you're in the mountains, by the coast, or anywhere in between – we want to hear from you!
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide direct ABA therapy in home and community-based settings to clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/ Applied Behavior Analysis Technicians (ABATs)/ BCATs/ Behavior Technicians, ensuring consistent implementation of treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to create a holistic care approach tailored to each client.
- Maintain accurate data collection, analysis, and documentation to track client progress and guide treatment adjustments.
- Participate in team meetings and continuous professional development opportunities to stay at the forefront of the field.

What We’re Looking For:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (Required)
- Licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (Preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Compensation:
- Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience
