We are rapidly expanding and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our North Carolina team. Whether you're in the mountains, by the coast, or anywhere in between – we want to hear from you!

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct ABA therapy in home and community-based settings to clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/ Applied Behavior Analysis Technicians (ABATs)/ BCATs/ Behavior Technicians, ensuring consistent implementation of treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to create a holistic care approach tailored to each client.
  • Maintain accurate data collection, analysis, and documentation to track client progress and guide treatment adjustments.
  • Participate in team meetings and continuous professional development opportunities to stay at the forefront of the field.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (Required)
  • Licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (Preferred)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Compensation:

  • Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience
