As the State Director, you will be responsible for setting up and expanding our home healthcare services, navigating state-specific regulatory processes, and driving the growth of operations. Responsibilities:

  • Lead Operations: Set up and manage home healthcare services in the assigned state. Oversee all aspects of service delivery, from initial setup to daily operations.
  • Medicaid Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs and state regulations. Guide the company through application, licensing, and waiver processes.
  • Hands-On Management: Take a hands-on approach to manage operations and handle multiple responsibilities. Be actively involved in both strategic and day-to-day activities.
  • Education and Training: Provide education on state Medicaid processes, waivers, and licensing. Share best practices and insights to help the company navigate state requirements.
  • Growth and Development: Drive operational growth and expansion within the state. Develop strategies to enhance services and achieve company goals.
  • Competitive Analysis: Evaluate and apply competitive insights to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Active Experience: Proven experience with Medicaid waiver programs specific to Arizona.
  • Field Experience: Significant background in home healthcare management, with roles such as Regional Operations Manager or State Director.
  • Local Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Medicaid application and waiver processes in the specific state. Candidates should reside in or be very familiar with Cleveland, Cincinnati, or Phoenix.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and growing healthcare operations. Ability to manage multiple roles and responsibilities.
  • Education and Adaptability: Capable of educating others and adapting strategies based on state regulations and operational needs.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 base annually.
