This position will require occasional visits to the New York office for team meetings, collaboration, and other in-person activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development through cold calling, prospecting, and hunting for new client opportunities.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients across diverse industries, particularly healthcare.
  • Assess client needs and recommend customized property and casualty insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales objectives and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Offer outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments impacting property and casualty insurance.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in property and casualty insurance sales.
  • Expertise in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • High level of integrity and ethical business conduct.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from various industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of workers' compensation insurance and general property/casualty coverage.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to operate independently and efficiently.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus, but not a requirement.

Compensation: The role offers an $85,000 draw against commission, with the opportunity to earn significantly above this base through commissions. After six months, the position converts to commission-only, providing substantial earning potential for top performers.
