Compensation:

  • Salary is competitive and highly flexible, tailored to the candidate's experience and proven track record. While the base salary starts around $100,000, there is significant potential for a higher base, especially for candidates with exceptional experience or existing client relationships. Commissions also offer substantial earning potential well above the base for top performers.
