As an Enterprise SaaS Sales Executive, you will drive the adoption of our digital engagement solutions across senior living networks. This role is not about selling to individual facilities—it’s about selling at the corporate level, directly to CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and other senior executives who have the authority to implement our solutions across multiple locations. You will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the senior care industry, delivering innovative technology that enhances resident well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate senior care enterprises, targeting C-suite executives at AL, SNF, and SL chains.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring widespread adoption of our solutions across multiple facilities.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations, clearly articulating how our solutions drive operational efficiency and improve resident engagement.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with executive decision-makers, positioning our company as an essential partner in senior care technology.
- Attend and leverage major skilled nursing and regional conferences, networking with industry leaders to drive enterprise sales.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to generate high-value business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and materials that resonate with enterprise buyers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline, regularly tracking sales activity, forecasting, and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, specifically selling to C-suite executives and driving multi-location adoption.
- Strong understanding of the senior care industry and its corporate purchasing dynamics.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and demonstrate the financial, operational, and engagement benefits of SaaS solutions.
- Experience attending major skilled nursing and regional conferences, using these events to develop strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to sell a vision that aligns with executive priorities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable closing large-scale, high-value deals.
- Background in B2B, enterprise SaaS, or digital engagement solutions is highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000
- Lucrative Commission Structure: OTE ranging from $150,000 – $250,000 for top performers
