Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for luxury residential projects using Bluebeam and AutoCAD software.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to provide comprehensive project evaluations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to align project objectives with budgetary constraints.
• Maintain knowledge of current market trends and pricing for high-end materials and labor.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and conditions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality sourcing.
• Prepare and present detailed bid proposals and cost analysis reports.
• Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the construction process to ensure profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating for luxury residential construction.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications:

• Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or equivalent certification preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is a plus.
