We are seeking an energetic and proactive Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is vital in building and maintaining customer relationships, increasing orders, and ensuring excellent customer service support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email in a professional manner.
  • Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
  • Address issues: Resolve customer issues or complaints effectively and promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Proactively manage a sales pipeline, consistently identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships and increase revenue by introducing additional or equivalent products in the medical supplies sector.
  • Process orders: Enter orders, monitor order statuses, and ensure timely product delivery. Provide customers with guidance on navigating and using our website for a seamless purchasing experience.
  • Account management: Update customer information in the CRM, track sales progress, and manage ongoing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with field sales: Work closely with Territory Managers and Field Sales Representatives to align strategies, customer needs, and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate with marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns, promotions, and product information effectively.
  • Understand products: Acquire in-depth knowledge of 613MED’s medical and surgical products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to help shape product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Track metrics: Monitor KPIs such as lead conversion rates, sales pipeline, and customer interactions.
  • Generate reports: Prepare and share sales reports and forecasts with management to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Drive the company's success by achieving and surpassing monthly sales targets, actively contributing to overall growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of inside sales experience or customer service experience, ideally within the medical supply or healthcare distribution space.
  • Must have bilingual fluency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
  • Knowledge of medical and surgical products, with the ability to quickly learn and explain our product lines. (Recommended, but not required)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and general office software.
  • Must be comfortable working full-time, in-office.

Compensation: Enjoy a competitive base salary of $70,000, with exciting commission opportunities to reward your success and drive.
