We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to sell physician services to nursing home owners, with a primary focus on the Jewish community. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong industry knowledge and the ability to build trust-based relationships with decision-makers. While the ideal candidate will operate and have connections in the North-East, sales can be conducted nationwide, offering unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to engage and secure contracts with nursing home owners and operators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the Jewish community to drive business growth.
- Educate prospective clients on the benefits of partnering with us for physician services.
- Work closely with internal medical teams to ensure seamless service delivery for contracted clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to position us as a leader in the market.
- Attend relevant networking events, conferences, and community gatherings to expand our presence.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in B2B healthcare sales, preferably within physician services, skilled nursing, or long-term care.
- Established relationships within the Jewish community, particularly with nursing home owners and operators.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, reimbursement models, and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $100,000 - $150,000.
- Lucrative commission structure with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $400,000+.
