We are seeking a dedicated Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) to join our team in Bristol, PA. This role involves extensive on-the-road work, providing prosthetic and orthotic care to patients in various clinical and home settings. Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients to determine their prosthetic and orthotic needs, considering medical history, mobility challenges, and lifestyle factors.
  • Design and fabricate custom prosthetic and orthotic devices, ensuring comfort, functionality, and durability.
  • Conduct fittings and adjustments to optimize device performance and patient satisfaction.
  • Provide follow-up care, monitoring patient progress and making necessary modifications.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on proper usage, maintenance, and potential adjustments.
  • Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and healthcare teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements, emerging technologies, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain detailed patient records, ensuring accurate documentation of assessments, fittings, and follow-ups.
  • Travel frequently to patient locations, hospitals, and healthcare facilities, providing hands-on care.
  • Uphold high standards of ethical and professional conduct, ensuring compassionate and patient-focused care.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) by the American Board for Certification (ABC) or Board of Certification (BOC).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience in prosthetics and orthotics, with hands-on patient care.
  • Strong technical skills in prosthetic and orthotic fabrication, fitting, and adjustments.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and patient comfort.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, working independently in various environments.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-the-road work.

Compensation & Benefits:
